obi 202 with wirless dongle problems

looking for help

trying to set up an obi system for my small business office but getting problems

started with obi 202 and wireless dongle worked fine when set up at home then the dongle became none responsive, tried all we could think off.

in the end bought a second dongle believing dongle is faulty was working fine until 202 turned red
soon after obi flashing green red,

trouble shooting tells me power loss during firm ware update,

cant get an ip adress out of the 202 t get any further,

Please clarify the current status of all 5 LEDs.

i have the 202 wired in to my laptop

the Lan light is green

the power light flicks from green to red green to red

others are off

I assume you have tried a power cycle.

I assume you have tried a factory reset.

Connect a phone to one of the PHONE ports and dial ***4.  Do you get the IP address read out to you?
