Hi.  I have a 1062.  I set it up via wifi a couple months back BUT my wifi sux so I crawled through the attic and brought ethernet to the office.

When I go to settings, I see that I am connected to the Wifi Network but that I now have a Network IP Address assigned/connected to the phone.

I do not want to be dependent upon the wifi and rather would like the ethernet connection to be the primary.

QUESTION:
Must I delete the wifi connection?  -- how?
How do I ensure that the Network connection is the real connection being used?

Thanks

I do not have a 1062 but the screen GUI of a 1032 has a Configuration menu. That has a WiFi sub menu and the top option is WiFi enable/disable.

That did work..thanks

BUT>>>>   I would prefer to keep wifi as the secondary way of communicating (in event of a cord failure - it would then jump onto the wifi).  Probably not a likely example but nevertheless is there is a priority setting where I can keep the wifi connection enabled as a secondary, would love to know.  Otherwise, this gets me 98% where I want to be.  Thanks again.

I'm not aware of such an auto fallback facility.
