Generic Service Provider doesn't save URI

When I setup a Generic Service Provider using the OBiTALK portal, it doesn't seem to save the value I enter for URI. Username and password work fine. I've tested this with both the Obi100 and Obi200, and I always have to override the (blank) OBiTALK value using Expert Configuration.

Is this a simple bug that could be fixed?
