Obitalk basic is not provisionned

Just renewed for 2 years with Obitalk basic but it keeps saying SIP not connected when I log into my Anveo account. I don't have access to the credential to enter them manually since it is a Obitalk account. How should I proceed to make sure my Obitalk account is registered properly with my Obihai 202?
