Just saw that newegg.ca has OBi200 on sale for $39.99
They're also selling the OBi202 for $59.99

I know that the OBi202 has a router built-in (apparently kinda slow) and an extra phone line which could be used for fax or a second phone, and there seems to be more information on OBi202 on the internet than OBi200. I also noticed that the OBiPlus Basic is apparently no longer free.

Which one do you guys recommend and why? What can I do with OBi202 that I can't with OBi200?

As you mention, the 202 provides a second phone port, so it will support two phones simultaneously.  It also has some additional router features which would probably only be of value if you plan to only do VoIP over your Internet connection.  Even if you won't make much use of the second phone port, I've found it useful for testing changes made to the alternate phone port or VoIP service.

If you are planning to buy a box soon, be aware that last Saturday, Obihai sent out an email to the effect that the OBi200 will be on sale briefly for $29.95 from Amazon.  From that email:

My understanding is that ObiPlus (any version) is no longer available to new users.

Thanks for your feedback. I agree with you, the router part of it doesn't appeal to me unless all you're using your internet for is for VoIP. I like the option to have a secondary line for testing purpose too. At $29.99 would you say it's better to pick up two OBi200 or just get a OBi202? Are there any features on the OBi202 (except for the router) that I would be missing if I had two of the Obi200?

Also available from newegg from 11/27 - 11/29 for $29.99 with promo code EMCKKNV68.  The OBi202 is also available for $49.99 with code EMCKKNV86 (note codes are different).

I received that (or a similar) email. It also said the OBi200 would be on sale at newegg from 11/27 - 11/29 for the same price. But it isn't.  Anyone know what's up?
If you want to buy it from Newegg, use the promo code EMCKKNV68.  It will reduce the price to $29.99.  I just purchased one so can confirm that (for now) this works.
