One way audio on obi110 with asterisk and FreePBX

I am using the latest version of FreePBX distro with asterisk.
The 110 registers ok, but when I call it with my obi202,
I can hear them but they can't hear me.

What do I put in to make it work?
Sorry I'm disabled and I can't make sense sometimes.

I need this spoon fed to me.
