OBi110 half duplex

My OBi110 seems to only negotiate a half duplex ethernet connection to my router where I can check these things.  Is this normal?  Is there any way that I can force it into full duplex mode?

OBiSupport:
This is normal.  Running at HD does not affect the performance of the resident applications in the slightest degree.
