Just re-route the call out GV to your cell phone.
Voice Services -> SP2 Service ->
X_InboundCallRoute: ph,sp2(Your_Cell#)
MaxSessions: 4
You will see the GV callerid on your cell, not the inbound callerid.
Thank you azrobert,
Using OBitalk.com portal expert mode (OBitalk.com >> Expert Mode >> Voice Services >> SP2 Service) I have set up the following rules:
X_InboundCallRoute: ph,sp1(ten digits Canadian cell phone number)
MaxSessions: 4
In case of inbound call to my Google Voice number (SP2), the following devices ring simultaneously:
- my home phone that is plugged into OBi200
- my Canadian cell phone (a call through SP1/Voip.MS)

I forgot to ask, do you have the 200 configured to ring when GV is called, and does that work in Canada, or do they block Canadian IP addresses?
Current setup of my OBi200 that is physically located in Canada:
- SP1 - Voip.MS with Canadian phone number (default service for outgoing calls)
- SP2 - Google Voice with US phone number
- Phone port - Base station of the Panasonic cordless phone
Yes, my phone rings OK in case of inbound Google Voice calls.
It looks like Canadian IP addresses are not blocked.
