Network Status IP Address Not Available Please Review FAQ reason 00

Everything was working fine.  Then I moved to a new home and plugged everything in.  When I pick up the phone, I hear the dial tone.  After I dial a number, I get the following message:

"Network Status IP Address Not Available Please Review FAQ reason 00"

Can anyone tell me how to fix?

I've turned everything off and on again (modem, router, Obi202 adapter), but to no avail.

Try turning everything off again and then power them as follows:

1.  Power on the modem
2.  Wait 2 minutes
3.  Power on the router
4.  Wait 2 minutes
5.  Power on the OBi.
6.  Wait 1 minute
7.  Make a test call by dialling **9 222 222 222.

Thanks for your suggestion.  I tried it but I still got the same message:

"Network Status IP Address Not Available Please Review FAQ reason 00"

Is there anything else I can try?

The power light on the Obi adapter flashes slowly (once per second approximately).  Is this a clue?  Is it supposed to be flashing?

I just figured out the mistake on my part.  My ethernet cable was connected to the LAN port instead of the Internet port.  After I connected to the Internet port, it worked.  Problem solved.
