**Help** Obi1032 Firmware Update Failed

I was doing firmware update on my phones from the obitalk.com website and one of my phones didnt update and is now dead.

Screen does not power up and only have a RED LED way at the top right. I have tried to unplug the phone and plug it back in. As soon as I plug it back in the LED lights up..

Is there a procedure to fix this?

See if the unit is able to get an IP address if powered up when connected to a DHCP server.  If yes, see if you can get to the phone's web server and try to do a firmware update again that way.
