What am I doing wrong?

I contacted support as suggested and got a response back in less than a minute! They needed the email address I was using for Obitalk which I supplied and then the leds started flashing on the Obi200. When they finished I was on Obitalk and the phone was working just fine after I finished linking with GV. Just thought I'd let you know the problem has been resolved (although I don't know what it was). Thanks, everyone, for your help.

I guess somebody just needed to point the electrons in your direction.  Glad it all worked out!
