Trouble receiving calls after porting number into Google Voice

I have had OBi devices for years. I have recently purchased the OBi 200.

I have had a number ported back to Google Voice. It was successful about a week ago. The problem I am having is I can't receive calls. When I call out it works fine and shows the number I ported back to Google Voice. If I try to call in, it either just disconnects and doesn't ring or I get the message "Your call can not be completed as dialed"

Consequently if I call the original Google voice number that was issued ( not the recently ported in number ) the call is received.

Have you added a real forwarding phone number to the Google Voice account that is having the problem (a cell phone, for example)?  If not, do so, put a check mark next to it, and call your GV number from some unrelated phone number.  Does the call get successfully forwarded to the cell phone?
