I just set up my obi202 with two different google voice numbers going into the two phone lines.  Also have a HP Office-jet 6700 that I plugged into the obi202 with a USB cord.  Can I setup a 3 number with the obi202 to get faxes on my HP Office-jet 6700 via a USB cord?

No, you can't plug in a USB Fax machine to an obi, and receive faxes
similar to you can't plug a USB Fax machine into your automobile USB port, and receive faxes

It was not made for that function

"The OBi202 USB port serves multiple purposes. Using the OBiWiFi Wireless Adapter, the OBi202
can be placed anywhere within range of an 802.11b/g/n access point. Or, the USB port can be connected to a storage device to enable local and remote access of stored files over the Internet by authorized users."
also USB 2.0 for use with OBiWiFi, OBiBT, OBiLINE

Connect a phone and the fax to phone port 2. Use a splitter or just plug the phone into the fax.

Define another GV account on SP3 and define it with a distinctive ring.

Voice Services -> SP3 Service -> X_DefaultRing: 3
Default ring 3 (ring pattern3) is a double ring.
Use OBi Expert to make this change.

Setup your fax for a double distinctive ring.

The fax will only answer inbound calls from SP3.
Send faxes to SP3 by dialing a **3 followed by the outbound number.
