PhonePower Porting

I'm a current PhonePower [PP] customer whom wishes to port my PP number over to a OBi200.  I just purchased the OBi200 to take advantage of the savings PP offers with their rates through OBitalk. I'm confused about what PP is referring to when they state that I need to have an existing Obitalk number in order for them to be able to port my current PP number.  What OBitalk number are they referring to?  The 9-digit OBi # that is tied to my OBi200?  I have already registered my device and don't recall a prompt for obtaining a number.

The phone number issued to you by PhonePower when you sign up for a PhonePower "OBi" plan. You must already have an active PhonePower "OBi" plan (with number) before you can port your existing number into that plan.

Just in case you were are not aware, the charge for porting with PP is $15.
