editing in expert mode

I am trying to edit my OT to alow Obion to call via SP2.  Unfortunately I am not able to edit my settings {(290365526)>(Msp2):sp2},{(290459xxx|61028xxx1|290365xxx)>(<**1:>(Msp1)):sp1},{(290459xxx|6102896xxx|2903xxx)>**0:aa},{(29xxxxxxx)>0:ph},{ph}

but when I deselect OT settings and try to enter the settings above I am not able to edit. 

Any thoughts? It is and OBI 202 with latest firmware.

Deselect both boxes to the right of the field you are trying to edit.
