If I set call forward for GV number, does it ring phone connected to Obi?

I used to have it forwarded to my cell phone and it will ring my cell phone.  If I leave the forward on, will it will obi and my cell phone?

Got the Obi 200 today and tried.  Yes, it rings both phones.  The ring on the forward number is delayed a bit
