no dail-tones on OBI202

Hello,

my OBI202 number: 202 728 914, and no any dail-tone on port1 & port2 when it is connected to internet, i try to upgrade firmware and reset to factory, but the problem still comes out, please help.

Sounds like you might have a dead unit.  I have 3 obi units I use one being a Obi202.  You should be able to just plug it in and have a working dial tone within a couple of minutes.  Are you powering up at all?  What led lights show?
