ph1 cannot be heard

New Obi202, setup GV on SP1, and two voip on SP2 and SP3. Whenever ph1 is involved in a call (either w ph2 or w GV), ph1 cannot be heard. Ph2 is always ok. I tried swap phone between ph1 and ph2, same result.
Could it be a hardware issue?
