Cannot setup my OBI 200 device

I have been unable to setup my Anveo account at OBI.

And OBI has been no help at all.

I dial **5 4568 and it says that it has been sent to the server.  But the connection is still offline.

See the attached file.

Can anyone tell me how to correct this?

I cannot call **9 222-222-222.

My OBI 200 is in my router's DMZ.

Which LEDs are lit?

Dial ***1 from the phone attached to the OBi.  Does it read back a valid IP address on your network?
