My landline number has been successfully  ported & works well except for one problem : When calling from my own cell phone, I get the recorded greeting that "the person you are calling is currently unavailable...." .
In coming calls from other cell phone numbers are received normally.
Callcentric believes that the Obi200 has a block on my cell phone number. How could that have occurred since my own cell phone calls prior to the number port were being received normally?
Callcentric thinks a "reboot" of the Obi200 might clear the problem.
Is a reboot done by disconnecting the power to the Obi200 & then re-connecting?

Check your Callcentric call treatments, and also your OBi's X_BlockedCallers to see which one has a rule blocking calls from your cell phone number.  Let us know what you find.

Callcentric has done some checking and responded :

SIP/2.0 403 Forbidden
Call-ID: 22058063-3665323159-791333@msw1.telengy.net
CSeq: 1 INVITE

Server: OBIHAI/OBi200-3.1.0.5110

Your OBi200 is rejecting the call with the 403 Forbidden.

I'm a newbie & have no idea where to locate "X_BlockedCallers"

You may want to remove your phone numbers from the above SIP trace, to protect your privacy.

An alternate is to reset and reconfigure your device:

1) http://www.obitalk.com/info/faq/Troubleshooting-sec/How-to-Factory-Reset
2) http://www.callcentric.com/support/device/obihai/obi202

Click on http://www.obihai.com/OBiDeviceAdminGuide and search (CTRL-F in many browsers) for X_BlockedCallers.
