There shouldn't be a problem with the following:

in your case (PrimaryLine = SP2 Service) would be

{(Mcot)>(Msp2):sp2},

in ITSPA and ITSPB should be changed to

@@.'@'@@.

I don't foresee any conflicts between between your ITSPB DigitMap and single-stage dialing, but sometimes it's not obvious until you actually try it.  Let's cross that bridge when we come to it.
