WHAT VOIP FOR MY OBI 200 IS BEST TO SWITCH TO FROM RINGTO?

I am trying to figure out what would be the best deal for me -- Anveo? -- their Basic plan would work for me -- or PhonePower? --  or something else?

I think the phone number I have now on RingTo would automatically go over to Anveo, right?  I need to keep that number -- what would I need to do?

Also, I have a voicemail recording, an MP3, on RingTo -- would that be automatically transferred? -- what would I need to do to use that on Anveo?

All suggestions are welcome and appreciated . . .
