Latest software update for the 110?

I have two units, both with 2872 installed. Is there an update? I am having issues with one unit either randomly disconnecting or letting out a loud screeching sound requiring me to hang up. A real pain when on conference calls.

That's the latest available firmware. As you can see, the product has reached the "no more development" state.
The symptom you describe wouldn't be a firmware issue; my guess is that the hardware is failing, unless you are using a poor-quality service provider (which service provider are you using?).
Since you have two 110s, you could narrow down the problem by doing some swapping: swap the power supplies between units to see if the problem follows the power supply. If it doesn't, then factory-reset both units and configure each one with the configuration used by the other unit before the reset. If the problem stays with the hardware, then it's time to replace it with a 200-series unit.
