NO VOICEMAIL FROM ANVEO
«

Hello,
Within the last few days I had my number ported to Anveo from RingTo.
I received this in an email from Anveo: "During the first 60 days technical support will be provided free of charge by Obihai support team via
support@obihai.com
"
But when I emailed
support@obihai.com
I was told I would have to pay $10 for support and got this: " . . . free support can be obtained online at OBiTALK.com and from the vast community of OBi users at the OBiTALK forum –
www.obitalk.com/forum
The phone service is working on my Obihai 200 but not the voicemail.
I downloaded an MP3 voicemail greeting which I named "MY VOICEMAIL."
Below is from
http://anveo.com/voicemailprofiles.asp?
:
Voicemail Boxes/Profiles
Here you can create and configure Voicemail Boxes. Note: you can dial *123 from a phone connected to Anveo to change Voicemail Greeting message.

Log on to Anveo.
Under the PBX Menu you will see Voicemail Boxes
On the General tab, you can upload your mp3 greeting.

It can be a bit confusing setting up your own audio file, it's actually a 2 step process.
As a test try using the Standard or Text to speech just to see if it's working right.
