Just got an OBi1032; what firmware should I use?

I just got an OBi1032.  It looks like http://fw.obihai.com/OBiPhone-latest.fw?v=2 offers version 5.0.0 (Build: 3223.1311).  I see there are no release notes for this firmware so would like to hear from some others who use it.  Am I safe to upgrade to this firmware?  If no, what do you consider the optimal firmware for the 1032?

Build 1311 is the current, latest firmware.  I have a 1022 and a 1032 running that firmware, and they work fine, with Callcentric and with Google Voice.
