Disable GUI menus for OBi phones

Mango:
How can I disable GUI menus on OBi phones?  I see that I can remove the items within the menu but I would like to hide the menus as well so that customers aren't tempted to tinker with it.

Alternately I would like to remove softkeys "Factory Reset" and "FW Update" from below the Settings GUI menu.
