Changing Webpage Admin and User Passwords, Where?

I have a couple of questions about changing the Webpage Admin and User passwords for my Obi200 from the ObiTalk portal.

1) From the basic ObiTalk portal page, I can change the Webpage Admin password, but I don't see any place to change the Webpage User Password. What am I missing?
2) Why is the Admin password displayed in plain text and not masked with ****'s?
3) From the ObiTalk portal Expert Mode, System Management>Device Admin, I can change the User password, but not the Admin password. Where does one change the Admin password in Expert mode? What am I missing?
4) Why doesn't the layout of the Expert Mode, System Management>Device Admin page match that of the device Webpage where both the Admin and User passwords can be changed in one place?
