Obi200 No incoming calls INTERMITTENT

I've got a ob200 that I just set up with FPL (freephoneline) and outgoing calls work  fine. The problem is intermittently incoming calls will go straight to voicemail.

If you make a call out then incoming calls will work.

I have a SMC cable modem (rogers) that has ALG turned, firewall, turned off. Not sure what else to check. Not sure if I should put the modem in bridged mode and use a separate router (perhaps put obi200 in dmz).

Try to set your X_KeepAliveExpires to 15.  If you still have the problem, try 10.  Be sure X_KeepAliveEnable is checked.
