obi200 google voice outgoing ok but no incoming calls

Hi,
I have setup my obi200 with google voice following the procedure.
I have make sure google chat is under forward menu and have checked mark.

I can make outgoing call but when I call the google voice number, only my cell phone and laptop rings but not the phone I connect to obi200.

Is there something I miss? did I need to log off gmail from my laptop to have obi200 work for receive call?

From your OBi-attached phone, call some phone number, other than any on your list of Google Voice forwarding phones.  Look at the caller ID displayed on the phone you called.  Is it your Google Voice number, or some other number, or does it say "Unknown caller"?

Hmm.  Perhaps something went wrong during your OBi setup with Google Voice.

I suggest factory-resetting your OBi, and starting over from scratch.  It will take less than 10 minutes.  Here are my detailed instructions; please follow them carefully:
