Got Callcentric E911, added it to Obi110 as SP2, how to ensure 911 goes to sp2?

I *think* it may be setup already but not sure...

I bought an Obi110 and it is setup to work with my GV account on SP1. I then registered with Callcentric as a "Pay as you Go" plan with the E911 service.

I then logged into my Obi portal and added the Callcentric info as SP2. It now shows as:

*****************
Configure Voice Services

Service Provider 1   Google Voice™ Account   Connected      X
Service Provider 2   Callcentric E911 Service   Registered (server=204.11.192.36:5060; expire in 29s)
*****************

So is that it? What else do I need to do so that, when I dial 911 on my phone, it will automatically go to the Callcentric service and not GV?

RonR:
By default, 911 calls go out the LINE Port (PSTN).  To have 911 calls go out SP2 instead, make the following change:

Physical Interfaces -> PHONE Port ->  OutboundCallRoute:

Original:

{([1-9]x?*(Mpli)):pp},{(<#:>|911):li},{**0:aa},{***:aa2},{(<**1:>(Msp1)):sp1},
{(<**2:>(Msp2)):sp2},{(<**8:>(Mli)):li},{(<**9:>(Mpp)):pp},{(Mpli):pli}

Changed:

{([1-9]x?*(Mpli)):pp},{(<#:>):li},{911:sp2},{**0:aa},{***:aa2},{(<**1:>(Msp1)):sp1},
{(<**2:>(Msp2)):sp2},{(<**8:>(Mli)):li},{(<**9:>(Mpp)):pp},{(Mpli):pli}

If you make this change to the OBi locally, also change:

System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> Auto Provisioning -> Method : Disabled.

Thanks RonR!

I made the changes to the PHONE entry but am not sure what you mean by "if you made the changes locally"?

To make the PHONE outbound entry change I logged into the ObiTalk portal, from the dashboard clicked on my Obi device, then Obi Expert Configuration button. Then on the left-hand menu I chose 'PHONE' and made the change.

I looked and do not see a 'System Management' menu option anywhere.

Thanks for helping me!

RonR:
System Management is not available from the OBiTALK Web Portal.

Making changes locally is logging into your OBi directly at the IP address returned by dialing ***1 and not using the OBiTALK Web Portal.

Thanks. One more (hopefully) dumb question - I tried logging in 'locally' via the IP address returned, but I don't have the id/pw. I looked in the Obi Admin guide on their site and it says the default is admin/admin for administrators and user/user for users. I tried both combinations and neither work. I also of course tried the one I setup on the Obi site but that's a no-go too. What is the default pw for the Obi device?
