To Update or NOT TO UPDATE.. that is the ?///

I have a 202 (actually 2 of them) both have the orange triangle... When I click it says this is available:
3-0-1-4738 (10.4MB)
Last Update May 2015
(I know its older) and I have AUTO UPDATE Turned off because of the previous Ransomware fiasco (LOL) (Although it could be 4581)...
Both of my devices have:3.1.0 5110
so im not really sure where "4738" comes from....

maybe there is something newer than 5110...

Any suggestions if I should or should not ?

I recall a few times ago when I did it turned into ransomware for GV and wanted $10... so im leary on doing it.

Anyone have suggestions if I SHOULD or SHOULDNT update to that version ?

Im using GV and CALL Centric in both 202's

I'm not sure what the latest firmware is but there is at least one version newer than yours: (OBi202-3-1-0-5135.fw)
