Password Reset Not Working

Hi, I can't log in. Asked for a new password and I am emailed the initial link.

When I click the link it says. 'Click on rest and you will be emailed new password.'

BUT I don't get a new password. I have tried multiple times.

Any ideas (and yes, I checked SPAM).

The Obi servers have been sick recently.  Not sure if they have been cured yet.

Obitalk servers still sickly at noon PDT.
