Obihai 1062 resets when another phone on network answers a call

At my office, I have an Obi 1062, an Obi 1032, an Obi 202 on the same lan, each using the same 2 google voice numbers.  When a call comes in and the 1032 answers, the 1062 sometimes (but not always) resets itself.

Is there some setting I'm missing?  Is the unit defective?  Thank you!

That shouldn't happen, unless you've made some non-standard (expert mode) tweaks to the configuration.  Are the units under warranty?  If so, open a ticket with Obihai.

Be sure to explain what you mean by 'reset'.  To some people that is a reboot, coming up again with the same parameters as before the reboot. To others a 'reset' incurs a reversion to default parameters.  Quite different.

Good point.  In my case, the unit simply reboots but none of the settings are reset.
