Making International Calls using Google Voice from ObiTalk

I have configured Obitalk 200 model with google voice and its working fine for incoming and outgoing calls with USA. Recently i loaded some credit into my google voice account to make international calls. I can successfully able to call internationally from Hangout. But when try to make the international call from the phone connected with Obi device, I am keep on getting the ring tone even the number is not reachable or switched off. And also the called international number is not ringing if its reachable.
