I lost all my info regarding my obi100 device due to a hd failure. Is there a way to pull it from the device itself or somehow ask google using the phone number?

What email address? The one you used to log in to the OBitalk portal or the one for a Google Voice account? Or something else?
I don't think it is easily possible to retrieve these from the device. I expect the CIA would have no difficulty though.
