Local/911 calls via PSTN and LD via GV setup

Hi everyone,

I'm setting up my OBI110 and I would appreciate if someone can help me configure the following:

My PSTN phone area code is 514.
My local calls area codes are : 514 & 450

1) If I dial 7 digit I want the OBI110 to add 514 and dial using PSTN (10 digit dialing without adding a 1)
2) If I dial 10 digits I want the OBI110 to dial using PSTN (10 digit dialing without adding a 1), this will enable me to use my landline to call area code 514 & 450
3) If I dial 11 digits (1 + US phone #) I want the OBI110 to use Google voice that is setup on SP1 (it is now working and I ca receive calls)
4) If I dial 011+ any number I want the OBI110 to pass all digits to my my voip on SP2 (currently working properly)
