Hi my obi will not allow me to make outgoing calls. it says that there is a google voice service password error.  wants me to log in and sync my google voice passwords.  When i get to that point, it tells me I have to update the device, and says click "OK" to update firmware.  That is when i get :

Failed to update device 300964268. Please try again later.

which i cannot seem to get around.  any idea?  thanks

sorry if this is a noobie and somewhat idiotic follow up, but when I put IP address into browser, it looks for an authentication user ID and PW.  It is not the ID and PW that I use to get into my obi dashboard.  Any idea where to find that information?
