OBI 202 how to shut off the answering machine

I am using my obi 202 as a fax, How do I shut of the auto answer from Google voice.  I have been playing with this for a while

You cannot turn off GV voicemail. It will always answer if still ringing after about 25 seconds. You need to ensure that your fax machine answers before that. Try to set it to answer within about 15 seconds.
