Line keys function changed after rebooting

I have assigned a function on all the 10 line keys on a OBI 1022 phone.

All the keys on the second tab (key 6 to key 10) are defined as speed dial keys, and 3 out of 5 keys of the first tab are defined as speed dial keys.

After defining the keys, I'm asked for rebooting.

After rebooting, all the keys have the right function... for a few seconds.

At the end, the keys on the first tab are all the same I defined and are displayed correctly on the phone screen, but all the speed dial keys of the second tab became call appearance keys, and the name and number are not displayed.

Any suggestion ?

The "asked for rebooting" words suggest that you are making the changes via the device's on board web GUI.  If so, have you disabled Obitalk provisioning?
