use obi from China to call another obi in USA

I have used 2 obi devices in USA from many years. The 2 obi devices can be used to call each others by speed dialing (e.g. pressing 2#, wait for options, then dial "1"). My question is whether one of the devices be used in China to call the another phone in USA. If yes, do I need to change the settings?
