Thanks much, Steve. After years of use, I suddenly couldn't make/get calls due to "not being configured" without any notification. Attempts to reconfigure on the Obitalk site got me an endless loop, and a message saying that I might need to pay $10 for "Premium" support, which is really any support at all. Thanks to you, the firmware update did the trick. Saved me $10 and the hassle of dealing with tech support. it seems clear to me that Obi did this deliberately to get $10 from all users rather than notify us to update firmware.
