Updating to build 2886 has not worked for me. I am still searching for solutions. :(

Download and save the .fw file from this link:  http://fw.obihai.com/OBi110-1-3-0-2886.fwAlthough the filename includes "OBi110", it is also valid for OBi100 devices.Pick up the phone attached to your OBi and dial ***1 and write down the IP address that it reads to you.Open a web browser to that address.Log into your OBi device.  The default username and password are both adminClick System Management-->Device Update-->Firmware Update-->Select file to update firmware.Browse to the file you downloaded and select it.Click the "Update" button. You may need to re-authorize your device to use your Google account after this procedure.  To do that, first, be sure that you are logged into the correct Google/Gmail account that holds your Google Voice number.  Then, open another web browser tab, and log into to the OBiTALK dashboard, click on your device, then click on the Service Provider (SP1 or SP2) that is using Google Voice.  Click "Accept" at the prompt.  On the window that will open, click the link to "Replace Google account credentials" and follow the instructions.

For some reason, I am not able to do the last step. Any attempt to reconfigure for Google Voice just takes me in circles back to the tab that says I need to pay $10.

I responded to your issue in another thread.  You must start over from scratch.  Factory reset your OBi:  pick up the phone attached to the OBi and key in ***8 then 1 to restore it to factory defaults.  Wait for it to completely finish rebooting.  Pick up the phone again and key in ***0 then 1# to hear the installed firmware build.  If it doesn't say 2886, then you haven't successfully followed the instructions to upgrade the device.

After your device is reset and at build 2886, follow my entire set of instructions on this page (but, of course, omit any steps referencing the firmware upgrade which you just performed):

Happened to me today with my Obi100, over 1 year of almost flawless use then it stops working and asks for $10.  I'm still on 1.3.0 and found the threads about upgrading firmware.  But it starting working again after a few hours.  All I did was look at settings but didn't change anything or install the new firmware.  Right now it's working ok.
