Hi there.
I just picked up a new Obi200, and it's been pretty smooth sailing so far.
SP1 is my Google Voice credentials, only set up to make CallCentric work.
SP2 is CallCentric, which I use to receive calls, and is working fine.
SP3 is Simonics, which I use to make calls on my GV number. It also works great.
The issue is that since SP3 is my default outgoing line, I need to change this to SP2 just for 911, since CallCentric is set up for e911.
I've found a few other guides on how to do it, and I believe it involves editing my Outboundcallroute value in the Obi itself, but I've not been able to find specifically how to do it on a 200.
Right now my call route shows:
{([1-9]x?*(Mpli)):pp},{(<##:>):li},{(<**70:>(Mli)):li},{(<**82:>(Mbt2)):bt2},{(<**81:>(Mbt)):bt},{(<**8:>(Mbt)):bt},{**0:aa},{***:aa2},{(<**1:>(Msp1)):sp1},{(<**2:>(Msp2)):sp2},{(<**3:>(Msp3)):sp3},{(<**4:>(Msp4)):sp4},{(<**9:>(Mpp)):pp},{(Mpli):pli}
and my default digit map is:
([1-9]x?*(Mpli)|[1-9]S9|[1-9][0-9]S9|911|**0|***|#|##|**70(Mli)|**8(Mbt)|**81(Mbt)|**82(Mbt2)|**1(Msp1)|**2(Msp2)|**3(Msp3)|**4(Msp4)|**9(Mpp)|(Mpli))
Could any kind person direct me on what to change to have 911 go out on sp2 and not sp3? I'd certainly appreciate it.
