IP address for Obi not recognized in browser

I, too, discovered that my phone was not working probably for the past three days.  I read the posts regarding the manual firmware download to correct the service error.  I obtained the IP address and entered it in the browser but the Obi was not identified (just my router).  How do I fix this problem?  Thanks.

UPDATE:  After reentering the IP address for about the 20th time, the Obi site popped up.  I have no idea why there was a problem previously.

what exactly did you type? I also can't get into WEB UI

I switched the browser from Chrome to Firefox and that helped me.  Especially when it came time to download the new firmware.
