Reconnecting GV and webinterface not working on Obi100

I have spent almost 4 hours trying to get my Obi100 to reconnect to GV. Read most of the forums post from Steve. one post had a new firmware that I wanted to try and found that I cannot access the devices web interface. I know the IP and the Obitalk connects to the device, but i cannot connect directly to do the FW.

My current firmware is  1.3.0 (Build: 2872)

I tried deleting the device and adding it with and without the GV setup checked per this post:

I Tried expert setups from other posts and still no joy.

Any other help that could be provided is much appreciated. thanks.

Thank you again for this. Your method did end up working, but the issue of logging into the device with the local IP was still not working from any of my browsers. I ended up using my tablet to update to the 2886 FW then used the add device under Obitalk.
