I noticed my OBI 110 wasn't working today.
I did a google search, tried many of the fixes (confusing at best) listed in these forums, none of which worked! I even updated the firmware. Still no luck in getting it to work.
Then I found by far the EASIEST solution to fix it that I was unaware of until today.
DO NOT LOG IN thru WEB BROWSER via router 192.168.1.
FIRST Log in to your gmail account that is associated with your google voice, and make sure your web browser is already logged into gmail.
Use this link via Obitalk (first time I discovered this was available)
https://www.obitalk.com/obinetHit accept to allow Obitalk to connect to your google account and then it will ask you to call a number from your handset plugged into Obi (**5 2775 or something like that) to verify the account.
Then I set up SP1, saw it was connecting the account and BINGO, it now says Connected! It worked perfectly!
To set up SP2, you need to log out of gmail, and then log in with your other gmail account that the 2nd number (SP2) is associated with and repeat the same process.

I'm back up and running fine now after about 5 mins to configure!
