Delete Device help

I'm trying to do a factory reset, following the FAQ instructions, for my 110 (firmware update issue).  I see my device on my Dashboard, however, I don't have a "Delete Device" button.  Now what?

dircom:
click on the device "Obi 110"
another page will load
look for the words "delete device"
