Hi -
I han an Obi1022 (latest FW).

I recently added a new gVoice setup to my SP3 and set the option, Primary Line for Outgoing Calls. But on the handset, its not honoring it...it still tries to dial out on SP1 Sad

TIA

Hi:

You need to assign one of the line keys (buttons) to that Google Voice Service Provider.  You can do that on the OBiTALK portal page.

update:  I even tried going in and creating speed dials specifying to use SP3, with no luck...I get an error 404 when testing them (attached)

I dunno about your 404 issue - that's a different issue.

But, I'm sorry, I forgot to mention that you need to go into Expert Configuration mode, then go to IP Phone --> PHONE settings, and change the Primary Line value to your desired service provider (SP3 in your case).  To change anything in Expert mode, you need to remove the check marks from both columns to the right of the value.  Scroll down and click "Submit" after you make the change and wait for your phone to reboot.  See my screenshot.
