Need to update the firmware for Google Voice to work again on my 110.  I get a dial tone and when I press ***1, I get the message "no service configured error".  On my Obi account everything is set up as it was before the Google security change, but I cannot reach the IP address for my browser to update the firmware.  Thank you.

Does dialling **9 222 222 222 reach the echo test number?

Did you remove rule "{***:aa2}" from the Phone Port outbound route?
That will cause the "No service" error.

From the portal sign into OBi Expert.
Go to Status/System Status
The 2nd line will show the IP address.

Thank you.  Found the IP and it says failure next to it.  How do I remove rule  "{***:aa2}" from the Phone Port outbound route?  Will this fix my problem or do I still need to update the new firmware?

You didn't understand me.
I thought you already removed rule "{***:aa2}" and that caused the "No service" error.
I never saw that IP address failure and don't know what caused it.
Try powering off/on the OBi110.
Did you try to login to the OBi110 with the IP address?

You can try this technique to update your firmware:
