Code to get a tmobile SIM card to do porting transfers...for <$3.99 ?

As per the topic, I know for sometime there was a code to get the tmobile prepaid sim card for 99c and even free (freesim)...

Only link I could find to tmobile was for a sim for $3.99... ;(

yes Im a cheapo (after all we all have Obi's to cut out ma bell haha)

Anyone know of a code or a way to get it cheaper than thier 3.99/per sim ?
